For some reason random people are allowed to wander into office buildings up until 1am in Japan (or, at least, no one stops you). I dragged Rach to the Tokyo International Forum, (which basically has a bunch of conference rooms in it) because I wanted to see its famous architecture. (It's designed to look like the hull of a ship, and it's huuuuuge.) We just wandered up to the 8th floor at around 11pm with no one around at all and I got some photos I really love of the building at night. It was awesome.
